First, I have to apologize for the delay in this letter, I wanted to thank you lang ago for doing such a great job, but have been very busy. When I first met you regarding the sale of my mothers home, you were completely unlike the other realtors I had interviewed. you were low key, calm, yet very professional, organized and confident. I had to decide at that moment, what do I want. Do I want a pit bull? One of those obnoxious, pushy realtors who make promises they usually don't keep or do I want a human being, someone I feel comfortable with? Well, I decided to go with the human being and it was the best decision I made in my life. From the beginning you gave me informed options. You guided me through the process by making suggestions of what I could do to help boost the selling price. You steered me away from wasting time and money on things that would not help. Yet, you did this in a very low key, non intrusive way. Since this was the liquidation of my parent's house, time and money was a big issue for me. When the selling day came around, everything was smooth and perfect. Eager buyers were chomping on the bit, it couldn't have gone any better. All I had to do was sit there, your and your team did all the work. A week later, when you and I sat and went over the offers I was elated and shocked. You had sold the house for muchm much more than I had ever expected. You made a difficult situation (the liquidation of the family home) bearable. If only the rest of the process were as easy. When I hear people complain about their realtors, I just smile. Apparently, they made the wrong choice, they didn't use you. I can't thank you enough for what you did for me.
